About
The team that builds software, builds infrastructure and manages transformation
Extreamsoft is a technology company that develops enterprise software products and, with the same engineering discipline, manages its clients' microservices and Kubernetes transformations.
Who we are
A product team's view of transformation
We build our Orbisnexa and Palovoca products on a microservices architecture and run them on Kubernetes. We live the daily operation, scaling problems and cost dynamics of distributed systems in our own products every day.
We bring that experience to transformation projects: we recommend an architecture that runs in production, not one seen in slide decks. The incremental decomposition of monolithic systems and the migration of server-based workloads to Kubernetes are our core areas of expertise.
Our way of working is simple: we understand first, then plan; we start small, grow by measuring and hand the platform over to your team at the end of the project.
Our values
The principles that define how we work
Transparency
We report risks, costs and progress as they are; no surprises.
Engineering discipline
Code review, automated testing and versioned infrastructure are non-negotiable standards.
Ownership
We hold ourselves responsible for how every system we deliver behaves in production.
Continuous learning
We follow the cloud-native ecosystem closely and pass on what we learn to our clients.
Engagement models
Three ways of working together, depending on your needs
We choose the most suitable model together, based on the scale of the project and the capacity of your team.
Project-based transformation
End-to-end transformation projects with a defined scope, timeline and list of deliverables.
Team augmentation
A flexible model that strengthens your team with architect, platform engineer and SRE profiles.
Managed platform
A model in which we keep operating the Kubernetes platform we built, within agreed SLAs.

Let's assess your current system together
In a free assessment call we discuss your current architecture, your risks and a possible roadmap. No commitment; a concrete point of view.
